Chords of Hope Youth Network is a vibrant, Kenyan, youth-led organization founded on the belief that sustainable change begins at the grassroots.
Founded by young Kenyans for young Kenyans, Chords of Hope began as a small circle of friends building safe spaces for honest conversation. Today we work across 47 counties, partnering with leading youth-serving programs to deliver tangible change on mental health, SRHR, leadership and innovation.
