Chords of Hope Youth Network

About Us

Who We Are

Chords of Hope Youth Network is a vibrant, youth-led organization founded on the belief that sustainable change begins at the grassroots. Through our programs, we cultivate leadership, advocate for justice, and inspire innovation among Kenya’s young generation.

Our Mission

To empower communities through comprehensive support, education, and advocacy—breaking barriers and enabling young people to reach their full potential.

Our Vision

A just and inclusive society where young people are equipped with the resources and opportunities to lead fulfilling lives and drive positive transformation.

What Sets Us Apart

Why you Should Partner with Us

We work across interconnected sectors to address the most urgent challenges facing young people in Kenya:

Youth-Led, Community-Rooted

Unlike many initiatives that are designed top-down, we are led by young people from the very communities we serve. Our solutions are born from lived experience, cultural understanding, and local insight—ensuring programs that are relevant, empowering, and sustainable.

  • Led entirely by youth under 30

  • Active presence in underserved counties

  • Built from within, not imposed from above

Holistic and Intersectional Approach

We recognize that youth challenges are interconnected—so our solutions are too. From SRHR to climate justice, mental health to civic participation, we work across sectors to create long-term, structural change that addresses the root causes of inequality.

  • Programs across 5 key focus areas

  • Collaboration with schools, clinics & communities

  • Inclusive of rural, marginalized, and vulnerable youth

Driven by Impact, Powered by Partnerships

We don’t work alone. Our strength lies in deep, meaningful collaborations—with donors, local organizations, educators, health professionals, and of course, the youth themselves. Together, we amplify impact and scale community transformation.

  • 300+ youth trained in leadership and advocacy

  • 500+ girls empowered through SRHR programs

  • Partnerships with county governments and civil society
